My experience so far has been horrendous and I strongly advise against using these people. They are completely incompetent when it comes to protecting their products for transit and we have had two baths delivered so far and both unusable. They refuse to take responsibility for the problem and blame mishandling by the courier when all they need to do is use robust wooden frame packaging, rather than just wrapping products on a pallet. They dispatch replacements quickly and they arrive in one to two days but have little hope of arriving intact.nWe await the arrival of bath number three and this will be the last attempt. If this one is damaged we will give up and take the refund.nOne advisor actually called me and said they will collect the first damaged bath but the guy on chat said they will not, so we will probably be left with three baths to dispose of. I will update this review at the end of our unbelievable journey.nnUpdate: After all assurances of better packing, bath number three came with slight damage on the end, but it will not leak and is hidden against the wall, so we have given in and decided to use it, rather than send our plumber away again.nnFurther update:nJust when we thought things couldn't get any worse the bath panel is not waterproof and in a very short time it has started to crack and fall apart at the shower end of the bath.... picture added ...nFurther update: They are totalling ignore our warranty request for a replacement panel, despite contacting them through email....nnUpdate: We have received a refund for the bath panel but now the basin cabinet has cracked and warped, picture attached.nWe are now told that the products are water resistant and not waterproof.....in a bathroom?..I am speechless and trading standards will be my next port ,of call....watch this space..
Great quality product. 1200 by 900 quadrant shower cubicle. Arrived un damaged and well packed. Fitted nice and easy. Doors glide beautifully and smooth.nIt was delivered promptly. We would definitely order from Victoria plumbing again.
Terrible company with no customer values. Bought a bath panel which was wrong. Returned through DPD only to find an email that it had been received damaged. Had packaged identically in same packaging as was received from Victorian Plumbing. From the photos no clear damage or detailed explanation of the damage. The bath panel should be laid horizontally but in the photo clearly shows vertically to a table, this would damage the panel further IF damage was present before.nToilet seat that was returned at same time no damage and a fraction of the price of the bath panel.nPeople please don't buy from this company.
Ordering the product was no problem for me, the delivery was also very fast and professional, the prices were very affordable and the products were of high quality. Thank you
Good price for bathroom bathroom itemsnUsed many times in 2025n3 star rating is for damaged goods that gets deliverednAt least a third of products I have purchased over the years arrived damaged.nWhich causes immense problemsnI have no doupt that that goods come out of factory in good order, its the people that deliver them is where the problem with damaged products lies.nThis needs sorting out big time!!!!nContact to return goods is with a chat bot and to be fair the goods are usually replaced the next day and resent on a pallet to protect goods.nOrdered this shower tray jan 2026nIt came on pallet and still arrived damaged with cracks in itnAbsolutely unbelievable and disappointing nI will never use this firm again untill I know this problem with delivery has been sortednThe stress it causes me is not worth the financial savingnReduced my rating to 1star
