5* Excellent Customer Service! Goods arrived well packaged but shower door smashed. We discovered this after their 48hour checking period so rang them expecting to be fobbed off, pleasantly surprised by really helpful customer service assistant. Free replacement shower screen sent no questions asked and all good quality. Excellent service, how a company should be! 5*

Though, I had my bathroom done last year, I am still in awe of it when I enter the room! The products I bought from Victorian Plumbing were and are, exceptionally good. I went through an awful lot of Bathroom fitments before I found exactly what I was looking for within Victorian Plumbings website! It all arrived well packaged and all was in tact, much to my delight. My Bathroom fitter said the items were first rate with all instruction clearly understandable (thought, he didn't need them). When I called Victorian Plumbing, Customer Service, their service was amazing. Would I use Victorian Plumbing again? In a heartbeat! I'm already looking for items to complete my brothers bathroom, and a friends! Believe me, I do not give positive feedback unless it is warranted..This company was so, I wanted to share with others my experience of an excellent company. S.Webster. Midlands.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! go for the better service at Victoria Plumb. if I could give zero stars i would. Absolutely atrocious service, we ordered the wrong side bath, asked for a simple exchange. Were told they are unable to offer an exchange (which we were happy to pay for) and we have to return the bath ourselves through their recommended delivery company. Most of the recommended ones we rang couldn't help us. Many phone calls and £120(!!!!!!!) later we booked in the bath collection. Only for them to not turn up 3 times at the set time. Once the bath was finally sent back we provided them with a tracking number and chased for 3 and a half weeks.. being promised a call back from several representatives which NEVER happened. We never spoke to the same person twice, no one seemed to have a record of our calls or any information about us or the case. Every person asked us for the same information AGAIN. Finally got hold of them to be told we then had to pay a further £25 for the delivery of the correct bath. No good will gesture after the inconvenience caused to us. The Manager wouldn't even come on the phone. The only company that don't offer a simple exchange service for these big and awkward items. Don't do it to yourself, you think your saving a few pennies but your not in the long run! absolutely disgusted.

Service as expected Ordering was easy and delivery was when they said without any problems. We have only fitted the bath so far and I think it looks great and was even better in price. Will update the review if need be, but so far so good 👍 the only downside I've found is the delivery, they just drop it on the street, so make sure there is someone to help with large Items such as baths. I live on my own and would have been stuck if the bath was for my own house. Instead my dad had to wait with it in the street for me to finish work to help him.

I wish that I had read the Google reviews before ordering my shower screen from Victorian Plumbing as like many others I now have an enormous construction that it was delivered on to dispose of and the company are not interested in the hassle and expense this will cause me. However, I believe as do as you would be done to, so will arrange to have this structure delivered to the offices of Victorian Plumbing with a nice sign on it which will include the dismissive e-mail that I got back from the company. I strongly recommend that other disgruntled customers do the same. Richard Hill
