Definitely the wow factor on first seeing it on the outside but more so inside. Ken Dodd's funeral also took place here. Such magnificent architecture considering it is Britains biggest cathedral. Fab organ to, 3 inside the cathedral and over 10,000 pipes. Was great to do the tower experience and see the worlds heaviest bells, including great george. Fantastic views from the top over to North Wales, Blackpool etc. By all means check out my videos etc on Youtube - @karlsmith25. Instagram - karlmsmith1983. Will definitely visit again when I visit Liverpool.nFree to enter to, plus a cafe, shop inside to. Always check the website in case of closures etc, but generally open every day till 6pm. There is also a stone carving of the titanic and captain smiths name is mentioned at the bottom of one of the stained glass windows to.
I was amazed at the sheer size of the Cathedral. Going all the way to the top was fun. There are two elevators to do so, with a few steps in between to access the rooftop. From there, you can basically see the entirety of Liverpool. There are discounts for students, so if you can afford it, please try it out. The rest of the edifice is also splendid, as you will see from the photos I imported.

Very impressive Cathedral with a lot of history in side, still in use today, also if you want to go to the top of the tower, there is a few that you pay at the entrance. Entrance is at no charge, they work on donations, only for the tower is.
