I bought my gorgeous antique French bed, together with a mattress from Victorian Dreams last year. I was bowled over by the large selection and thoroughly enjoyed looking around the showroom. I have had the best year's sleep ever! Extremely comfortable. Shabs and her team are great to talk through fabrics and different bedsteads available. The whole process was faultless and my bed was delivered and set up in no time.
I had bought a pair of beautiful antique French single beds from Victorian Dreams. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Everything was super smooth from placing the order to delivery to installation. They were very responsive even after the delivery happened which makes it a great post sales service. Would definitely recommend them.
I couldn't believe my luck finding the Winfield curved end brass bed, the bedroom doors in my 300 year old property are curved, which is very rare. Victorian Dreams from day one were fabulous, it wasn't just about the sale of the bed, they sorted out the curved mattress to fit, careful packaging and delivery and advice on how and how not to assemble the bed. Every section was labeled and written instructions to hand complete with rubber mallet. It wasn't the cheapest purchase, but I've never regretted it for a moment. I would highly recommend the company for their quality goods and their first class service.
If you’re looking for a Victorian bedstead, this is THE place to look - and buy. I wanted a particular style and size of iron bedstead for my Welsh cottage. There wasn’t anything suitable on the website, but I explained to Shabs what I wanted, and she trawled and no doubt crawled through her warehouse until she found something suitable. Her team then helped me to select a suitable paint colour. The refurbishment took place in the promised timeframe, as did the delivery. My beautiful bedstead arrived perfectly protected and packaged, and with full assembly instructions and a hammer. The process was a delight from beginning to end. My bed is the only item of antique furniture that I bought without viewing it first. That’s unusual for me, but I felt confident about dealing with Victorian Dreams from the outset. They deserved my trust.
Fantastic beds! Fantastic service! Really Enjoyed using Victorian dreams. They're full of ideas and advice And the beds are absolutely beautiful. Very personal service with the owners coming down and putting everything together. Would highly highly recommend.
I was walking by Victorian Dreams and on the spur of the moment popped in to see if they has anything for my Victorian appartment. The owner Shabs was most helpful and showed me around their amazing showrooms. As soon as I saw the beautiful white bed, I knew that it would be a good fit. One week later the bed was delivered and installed. Excellent service all round.
Was moving house so ordered a new bed base and mattress to replace my existing ones that were over 30 years old. Great service and communication and it arrived within a few days. Also had a bespoke mattress protector made for me. Thank you.
