We bought two lovely sofas from the Basingstoke branch. Tracey and her colleagues were very knowledgeable about the range and about fabric options etc; it really helped us to make our final decisions and we are delighted with the results. The sofas are very well-made, comfortable and lovely to look at. The Basingstoke Herriard Park branch is worth a visit just to stroll around and admire the surroundings: beautiful location!

After weeks of searching for sofas we found Sofa & Stuff, thank goodness. Huge selection of styles and fabrics, samples to have at home to help the decision making and very knowledgable, friendly staff. Our sofas are comfortable and beautiful and we would highly recommend this friendly business.

Fantastic service from Tracey and team start to finish. We went into lockdown so were unable to go and sit on the sofa we were interested in but were keen to take advantage of the January sales. Tracey sent me videos of all the sofas i was interested in showing her husband same height as mine sitting so we could get an idea of back height etc. She then sent me lots of fabric options based on my room colours. Then a computer mock up of the chosen sofa and fabric in our lounge. Sofa has arrived and it is the most comfortable sofa we have ever owned! Love it
Tracey is brilliant. The sofa-buying experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. The showroom is beautiful and dog friendly! and I didn’t feel any pressure to rush and make decisions. Tracey has an excellent eye for styles and fabric choices and quickly showed me fabrics that would work well together. The sofa is beautiful, just what I wanted and incredibly comfy and the friendliest delivery team. I’d recommend Tracey and her team to anyone.
A great experience with Tracey buying a sofa on line. Tracey took the time to send a very good video of the sofa and talked through the detail and care. Within a week it was delivered by two friendly Sofas & Stuff guys. We are over the moon with our gorgeous Exbury sofa Absolutely recommend Tracey and the team
Fantastic experience at Sofas and Stuff Basingstoke. Both Tracey and John gave excellent customer service helping me to chose the colour for my sofa. The sofa came yesterday. It looks amazing and is super comfortable. Highly recommend this company.
A vg shopping experience - Tracey took the time to have a virtual "look" at our space and make recommendations - and then made further recommendations on sofa type and fabric based on our lifestyle/number of dogs/desire or otherwise to plump cushions up. Really thrilled with it - looks amazing now need a new rug....
Professional and friendly staff who patiently helped me to find the right solution. It took me a couple of weeks to make my decisions and they helped me avoid some mistakes. I'm really happy with the result! I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting good quality furniture and excellent customer service.
