Great service from Claire yesterday when we were ordering new sofas. No hard selling. Left us to take time over our decision and was around when we needed to ask questions. Lovely shop with a great selection of furniture. Really glad we went to Vale Furnishers.

Don't accept credit cards Good choice of furniture. Very well laid out showroom. Pleasant staff. Covered car park.

Visited with elderly parents. The building is not appropriate for those with mobility problems as their carpark was being used for storage and was closed to customers! Steep steps were only entry available into the building and access for wheelchairs was not available. Staff were not prepared to help! After being pushed into buying I made my parents leave to look elsewhere. Whilst leaving the premises, they were at this time obviously aware of my mother's level of mobility still didn't offer an easier way out of the store. When she fell on their steps, with no hand rail, they still did not come to help! Will definitely NOT go there again.

Great service and such a superb range of furniture. Was on the hunt for a sofa, and 2 exhaustive hours later, ended up choosing one! The Sales Specialist Lorraine Roberts could not have been more helpful, or patient, serving us with lovely capuccinos and smarties. Would highly recommend this store for variety, price and excellent customer service which is so rare to find these days. Thank you.
