I love how cosy I feel in this pub. There are always plenty of real ales at very reasonable prices. Having spent a lot of time in many different public houses, this being due to growing up in them (and therefore also working in them) I would like to say, that, this is my favourite ever pub and I love the people it attracts. Plus there is also loyalty cards for pints too!

One of the finest pubs in Lancashire hidden at the end of a secret labyrinth of backstreets. Big stock of real ale, always well kept. Beautiful authentic decor with parlours, original tiles, wood and glass work. Enormous beer garden was once a bowling green. And very welcoming - great staff and customers.
