Been 20 to 30 times,walking in with my wife and daughter,refused entry by young Asian doorman for no reason whatsoever, appalling treatment but I have heard this has happened on numerous occasions,I will not be visiting again,you really need to train your doorstaff in customer relations.you have lost a very good customer.

Excellent for gambling (as you would expect), fantastic staff. Just be aware that when ordering food it does take some time.

This is a cool place with a bizzare mixture of people. There should be a dress code though as theres people wandering about in tracky bottoms wearing beats headphones.this spoils it but the atmos is very nice which is nicely supprising.

beautiful building. I do think that some of the staff need to take customer care lessons.atmosphere is very low key like I said the building is beautiful I think if this casino was in Manchester or Liverpool it would have a bigger profile and get more customers in  creating a better atmosphere.i cant see this place lasting more than 2 years they need to locate.

Bar staff are absolutely useless. Stood waiting at bar for almost 15 minutes. 1 guy making cocktails, 1 guy serving. About 4 putting glasses away. More people came to bar either side of me and were served first. I walked away without a drink in disgust. Such a shame that an excellent venue cannot find switched on bar staff who know the job and are quite adept at it. Blame your staff for the one star review
