Rude and incompetent staff, extended waiting time to enter, poor service overall. Wouldn't recommend.

Nice fun place.good staff.apart from a new door man with a ponytail.bad mannered, not nice to customers and very rude..seems new .its few of us regulars felt the same.

Great for poker but get there early to avoid a waiting list.

Went for poker tournament. Staff and facilities were really good, only down side was the absolute lack of aircon which I've not had in other casinos.

Walked out and same time walked 2.34 in the morning. Christian told me I  walk a  bit funny and I'm not coming in after and years going there. I decide to revoke my membership and not to go there anymore. They judge the book by the cover. So I'm happy to go somewhere else. Don't bother go somewhere else. Also I ask for buy bottle water I was so thirsty reception asked same manager she said no againg. I'm glad I went to Leeds beter casino.

New layout is much better staff friendly food was ok although menu was limited due to change over will be back for sure

This casino is 100% rigged. Keep away. Absolutely a con of a casino. How can 2 same numbers appear on the same table twice. When you tell them it's rigged they laugh at you. It's all controlled by the staff. Don't waste your money, hope these places go bust. Absolute thief's.

It had been a while since I had visited the casino, and I could tell it had gone downhill after a few minutes of being there. The drinks are overpriced, food is all microwaved. The tables all seemed to be set up with cliche groups, that all knew each other, whilst the pool table we tried was definitely sloping.

Was pretty average... Spent a quite few pounds and didn't get the odd free spins or anything else - might have forgotten to turn them on again after Covid
