Always clean, bright needs seating in Bay 10 and 20.nHas lots of toiler facilities.nFew ships for coffee and sandwiches etc on site.
I travel well and fare comfortable from London to Cardiff. Luckily we’re no brakes as the trip is long like 3 h and maybe more sometimes. Even was traffic at the exit from London we successfully arrived on time safe and sound to our destination! Fare price for the comfort. The toilet in the bus was disappointing not just too small but bad smelling and neglected like. Definitely the driver worth my thanks for determination to get us safe home and didn’t stop in 3 hours!
Positives were that the coach was on time and the staff were good.nnNegatives.. disgusting site, particularly the arrivals station. The toilets were absolutely horrendous and the general cleanliness was vile. In the departures section there were people feeding pigeons which is disgusting and no wonder there were loads in doors. This is not necessarily the fault of national express but they should he stopping it.nnBarely enough room to swing a cat in either departures or arrivals either, although for budget travel i guess that's expected
The good: some much sitting space while waiting, there are places to get something to eat too. It is very easy to get directions and bus times are well displayed.nThe bad part is don't visit the toilets. It was so bad that I could smell it right from the stair case, even the toilet equipments are old and not looking nice, too bad for a station of this status
I have been travelling from this coach station for almost 17 years and today are my worse experience ever! I arrived here today 10-11-2024 at 15:00 hours to meet my friends who’s going travel to Oxford by coach,I ask this person in the picture kindly first time which gate bus to Oxford? She answered me with un pleasant look, cross the road stop 10.I said thank you and walk outside to look to the bus that’s she said.I was waiting for a bit outside as I didn’t see the sight of my friends arriving then I walk back in to the information desk and ask the women for second times,which gate national express to Oxford?she replayed angrily raising her voice with her finger pointing to me I TOLD YOU BEFORE OUTSIDE CROSS THE ROAD STOP 10. I was shocked and said is that how you speak to people working in costumer service? And she said come here let me show you I said forget it don’t bother I don’t need your help now.Everyone at the stations was witnessing this incident,it was not nice at all.She went out I don’t know for what when she get back I said to her that you should not working as costumer service at all you don’t know how to speak to people.This person are so rude and she is horrible she should not carry on and working to help people.If I am in charge at that department she will pack her bag on the spot I won’t allowed her to stay she will be fired big time.Few minutes later one gentlemen wearing orange kind of jacket walking toward outside by the entrance and I ask him if his member of staff and he said yes I told him about my what just happen and 2 more member of staff came inmale and female they were very helpful also I am so very grateful to the lady who jump in and said about that person was so very rude and was shouting at me.I took a video of this women hopefully one day someone will sat her down and gave her a chill pill.
