Cleanliness is generally acceptable but can decline during busy periods.nnThe staff is generally helpful and available to assist with queries, but during busy periods, it might be harder to get individual attention.The station is bustling and can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of travelers. A functional but unremarkable transit experience. Ideal for those prioritizing cost over comfort.
I had to wait here in the evening, between flix busses. It was freezing, and the seats are really uncomfortable if you have to sit for longer than 10 minutes. There are a couple of small coffee shops but the tables are always full of people who want a warm, comfortable seat to wait on, and who can blame them. Indeed, I was looking to do the same. The only beings who seemed to be comfortable were the 50 or so pigeons who were roosting all over the floor.nMaybe I'll try the floor on the way back, it's probably more comfortable than the seating.
I travel well and fare comfortable from London to Cardiff. Luckily we’re no brakes as the trip is long like 3 h and maybe more sometimes. Even was traffic at the exit from London we successfully arrived on time safe and sound to our destination! Fare price for the comfort. The toilet in the bus was disappointing not just too small but bad smelling and neglected like. Definitely the driver worth my thanks for determination to get us safe home and didn’t stop in 3 hours!
Always travel via national express always on time and no problems .
Abusive aggressive behavior from the coach station staff. He cornered me in from of the Flixbus driver extremely polite and kind shouting that I was in the middle of the street and in fact I was in front of my bus door where I just finished my meal, he started verbally harassing me, hit my empty food box that he obligged me to collect on the floor without even apologizing. I was not delayed and I didn't cause any problems, he should go to anger management and this is unacceptable behavior to deal with customers/passengers. For sure he was having a bad day, has personal issues and thought it is okay to be violent.nViolence is never okay, I hope you give him proper training and treatment. And he will be judged.nIn front of Flixbus to Edinburgh at 12.30 on Saturday, January 24th.
