I travel well and fare comfortable from London to Cardiff. Luckily we’re no brakes as the trip is long like 3 h and maybe more sometimes. Even was traffic at the exit from London we successfully arrived on time safe and sound to our destination! Fare price for the comfort. The toilet in the bus was disappointing not just too small but bad smelling and neglected like. Definitely the driver worth my thanks for determination to get us safe home and didn’t stop in 3 hours!
Today on 24th I'm about to head over to Edinburgh from this Victoria Coach Station at 21:30 pm and this is first time I'm using coach to Edinburgh so I'm bit confused because this coach station is quite big what expect so I have seen one guy seating down at one of the boarding gate and checking time schedule of Coach and I went there to fatty guy to asked about the which gate I will have to go , and he just ignored and so rude even one of the driver was rude both are doesn't know how to treat to their Customers so please Coach management has to be look over with this kind of situation. Never again use this Victoria Coach Station Thank you .

On crowded days, finding a spot to rest can feel like an impossible feat. Despite this, the station's central location makes it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore London.
Old , tired, in need of serious tlc. Not reflective of London as a top spot . Poor tourists arriving here ! Staff look worn down too. No WiFi charging points!!! Really? Not enough seating. Not sufficient information for delayed coaches. Why isn’t there a shuttle between coach and bus/mainline station? Bizarre set up for a “world class leader” …UK apparently. Gross toilets too.
I can't say I enjoyed my experience here. There are no places to sit when in line, there are hardly any staff or directions around the building, the one staff I happened to meet was rude and not very helpful. The worst part of everything was how difficult it was finding my terminal gate. It was frustrating and I did not enjoy it at all.nnOn the plus side, the coaches all kept to time and there were no unnecessary delays.
