Taxi driver took me on a route which involved planned roadworks, so he then needed to turn around and find a different route, but charged me the full fare. I would never use them again, completely incompetent.

After my friend cracked her head open we had to cancel the taxi as she was going in an ambulance but they still wanted half of the fare and shouted abuse. Disgraceful! Use beeline!

Not only did they not send the correct number of taxis ordered when I did want one back in August, they now send me a text every month as a sort of newsletter which I have ZERO interest in as I live nowhere near Sevenoaks!
