During the recent bad weather Sevenoaks taxis guaranteed they would get to us when every other company gave up. Friendly dispatcher, extremely polite and dedicated drivers. From now on Sevenoaks taxis are the only company we will use. Thank you. Well worth 5 stars.

I called todayy to ask about taxis for my wedding which could have been a great booking for them, the dispatcher couldn't have been more rude and abrupt.

Joke of a company, charged 2 different amounts for the same journey on the same day. Rip-off merchants

Was quoted £23 on the website for a taxi from sevenoaks to oxted. 3 hours later received a phone call telling me it would be double fare as it was Christmas eve. I then said we were happy to pay £46, but no more. I was then told that they weren't able to do that, the price quoted on the website (and in the email confirming my booking!) was "approximate", and we would need to be paying closer to £70. I obviously disputed that, art which point I was told to "sod off" and hung up on. A* customer satisfaction...
