I don't understand some of the negative comments on here, which seem to revolve around cancellations or late arrivals, which are often beyond the control of the drivers, due to traffic issues etc? We use Beeline and have done for years. I'm writing this review because the service we received last Saturday night 3/9/22 was exceptional, particularly from the young lady who organised our cabs there and back, to a somewhat out of the way location. Well done, great work and please don't leave ! You are an absolute star. We use taxis a lot and have tried other small taxi firms and recent start-ups, to help them get going, but we keep coming back to Beeline. Yes I would recommend Beeline without hesitation.Service: Limousines
Truly an appalling service! I ordered a cab and had to cancel last minute and go with another cab due to change in circumstances - which is a very natural thing and happens often to me and I never received a response like that - I got yelled at for a continuous three minutes on the phone as I was apologising for cancelling. The driver was disrespectful and unprofessional, even though it was fair on him to be upset on the last minute cancellation, making a scene on the road and shouting the way he did instead of being more understanding completely put me off as a potential customer… Anyways, never again and I do not recommend at all, unless you want to be disrespected!

Otherwise the service is good, I have used them for a long time and will keep using them. Edit 27august. As it happens, I was wrong. I mentioned I would use them again but I was wrong. When calling beeline early June for a new booking, I was told I was blacklisted because of a 1 star review. I was "kindly offered" to be unblocked by removing my review which I refused to do. End of August I am still blacklisted. If you are thinking of leaving a 1 star review, you have been warned.. Best regards.Service: Limousines
My son and his family were fog bound in the Channel Islands for 24 hours. Their car was in Southampton but they had to fly back to Gatwick as the small planes could not fly. I arranged with Beeline to collect them - having dropped the car seats off I thought everything was organised. I spent the morning/early afternoon tracking the plane and kept the company appraised of timings. My son, wife and two very tired small children arrived back at Gatwick to be told they had not even left Sevenoaks and they had to wait more than 40 minutes for the taxi to arrive. There was no excuse as I had told them twice the plane was boarding and then the ETA to confirm that they would be there. They then told me they had gone to the airport in the morning which is ridiculous as they had all the information to track the flight. The worst thing was that they turned up late WITHOUT the car seats which I had delivered to them that morning. I had written all the flight details down all the relevant phone nos. etc. on a piece of paper attached to the seats. Unforgivable.
I have been using this taxi company a couple of times week for a few months. Initially the drivers were polite and safe. Recently, a driver came to pick me up at my school at the end of the day- he got out to walk around the premises while children were getting into their buses to go home- I had to ask him to get back in his vehicle and wait for me as he had arrived early- as this is a safeguarding issue. I was then shouted at for this while in the car, with the driver looking back over his shoulder to do so- while the car was moving. He seemed to think there was nothing wrong in his 'having a look around at the scenary'. I was made to feel very unsafe by this driver, particularly as a single woman who couldn't get out of the car. He was that agressive. I had to tell him that I would call the office, which I did but there was no reception- this at least seemed to calm him down a bit- but did not stop him from ranting at me for the rest of the journey. I have written to the managaer and basically was told they were satisfied that the driver was in his rights to 'have a look around' as he had a DBS. They assumed wrongly that I would simply trust them with the safety of young children- irrespective of the fact that I hadn't seen the document. More importantly, such behaviour is inappropriate. The management did not even acknowledge my complaint about the driver being agressive, shouting and driving unsafely. I will never use them again and would not recommend, particularly not to women travelling alone. I cannot say this more clearly- Beeline taxis are not safe for women.Service: Limousines
Called for a taxi at 11.30pm for 5 passengers so asked for 2 cars, was told none available even on a Tues eve, apparently they were 'on a break' apart from one 6 seater car, so we had to do multiple drop offs. As a result we were charged £140!! The furthest drop was in Petts Wood yet you could go to Heathrow for this amount of money - a total rip off and especially when forced to have 1 car!! This is not the first time and have also heard the same from other customers, Beeline you are ripping people off and are growing a reputation for doing so - unacceptable!
Very professional and easy to use. I Pre-booked a taxi on the app. Driver arrived on time. Professional and careful driving. Car was in excellent condition
The car was Mercedes, very spacious and clean, the driver was friendly and caring. He called after I book with the deport, and he update me how long he will be and reminds me to stay under the shade as it was raining.
Highly recommend. I received an sms confirmation after I called to booked my taxi by phone, good customer service and driver arrived on time. It’s great to have an option to book online as well. Thank you.
Picked me up on time, had really lovely conversation with driver Mick. Great service. Use it frequently and they’re constantly reliable.
