I have to say, I’ve been to a lot of car dealers but by far are these guys the best! I was nervous to go for it as I’m waiting for my licence to arrive but the lovely ladies really reassured me.. very friendly, very professional and and just all round lovely people! They really do go the extra mile to make sure the cars are safe.. I’ve never known a garage that does absolutely everything is working as it should. I will definitely be returning in a few years for another car because these guys are amazing!,thank you ladies!! You’ve really been Amazing today!
Bought a lovely fiesta ecoboost for my son 2 months ago. Was really nervous as I have been conned before. Kirsty and joy were lovely and put me at ease. I checked the car out fully and no pressure or silly sales talk. I had loads of question on a piece of paper and kirsty answered every one about the car without hesitation. All paperwork was done very professionally. The cars are all good value and presented immaculately. I will definitely be buying here again. I had no after sales service but the quality of the cars they have you would be unlucky if you hit problems. A credit to the motor trade. Thanks again
Extremely unprofessional company. Took a day off and travelled 6 hours and 190 miles to view a vehicle. Liked it, although with minor reservations about corrosion on the alloys which they had attempted to hide by amateurishly touching up with silver paint. Also, condensation in one of the rear light clusters. I was accompanied on the test drive fair enough but they seemed to think that 3 minutes round the block constitutes a 'test drive'. Went back home to discuss purchase with the wife and then despite my reservations called the following day to put money down to make the purchase. Nobody in the office to take the call so I emailed to say I would call in the morning to make purchase. Had a reply from Erik to say that would be absolutely fine. Called the next morning only to be told they'd sold it to someone else. Total TIME WASTERS.
Very pleased with the service I have received with buying my second car from riverviewcars. Kirsty was very helpful. I traded my car in which I got a very good deal. the focus I brought was very clean inside and out. Also to get 1years warrienty on a second hand car sold it for me. Gives you a little piece of mind that most garages only give you 3 months. One Happy customers. Thank you.
Bought a Peugeot in July, A/C wasn't working and they sorted it no problem. A few mnth later clutch problem. They booked the car in and repaired it. Very pleasant staff excellent service. Definitely recommend
Well, it's been a year. Car is still fine. These people are lovely and bent over backwards to get me sorted out, I needed to take it away same day... and did. Would visit again.
Bought a vauxhall insignia back in February and after a few weeks unfortunately the car developed a few problems. First the drive shaft needed replacing, contacted riverview and no problems at all the part was replaced happy days. A few weeks down the line the gearbox went bang but again I contacted riverview and the part was replaced. These things happen when buying a second hand car and my stress levels have been through the roof but I couldn't of asked for more from Kirsty and the team, kept me upto date with the car from start to finish! Would 100% buy from here again. Thank you!

Simply appalling customer Service and Treatment of a Young Lady purchasing her 1st Car. Despite assurances that the Audi was reserved for her they went and sold it to a relative without having the decency to contact us. The initial service on Saturday & yesterday was outstanding but they let themselves down as well as a young Lady. I certainly wouldn’t be recommending this Garage as a place to do Business. Please read all the Reviews as we have now done as we may not be the 1st Customer nor the last to be treated so poorly.
