Can't thank Vets4Pets Selby team enough. We had a medical emergency with my daughters Sprocker Spaniel. From speaking to Steph on the phone to get the advice we needed to bringing him in to be greeted with care and compassion by Ethan and Steph, our experience was flawless. Sarah and the team were fantastic and reassuring throughout. Special thanks to Ethan who was exceptional at a very stressful time.

Not like it used to be. Gone downhill these past few years used to be a really good vets but after a few issues we are now moving vets, customer service is pretty shocking and the advice you get from the vets differ massively to what others tell you. I find them to money hungry like the majority of vets these days
Recommend these vets. Always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have the best interests of the animals. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate.
So the Vets themselves are lovely and polite HOWEVER I have a 10 week old puppy who got her first jab on 7/6/20 when she was exactly 8 weeks old. The vet failed to give me any choice in the vaccine, didn't even tell me her weight and because I didn't get a choice she has to wait until she's 12 weeks old to get her second vaccine. So by the time I can take her for walks she will be 13 weeks old. This is awful, and if you are a dog owner you will know that 8-12 weeks is the MOST important time in a puppies life as this is the time they develop fears etc. However, due to the vet giving her a vaccine that takes a MONTH she is going to miss out on WEEKS of socialization which is likely to affect her in the long run. And to top all of this off, I had a voucher for £50 off the first year of complete care, which means I should have only had to pay £35. I was asked if I would like to pay the full amount there and then, to which I said YES! However they completely ignored that and got me on a direct debit which is going to amount to £120, which is absolutely appalling and I feel completely ripped off.
Reasonable prices with deals to make the most out of vet care, good so far.
Went here a week ago to get my rabbit neutered, the receptionist and vet were both very welcoming and took good care of my rabbit. Upon collection they gave me lots of information about aftercare and encouraged me to call back asap if I had any concerns or worries. my rabbit recovered very quickly and did not need to call back. very satisfied with the care received.
I would definitely recommend Vets4pets-Selby. Very professional & give sound advice on dog care & treatments. Immediately put Larry & me at ease & took time to explain future care. This was "our" 1st consultation with Bernard a truly caring , Professional & understanding veterian. Thankyou Bernard our kind regards Janet & Larry the dog

Recommended by relative. Firstly, good parking. Excellent service received by everyone concerned. All staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Given another appointment for completion of medication and thereafter I am pleased to have found a vet for future needs. Thank you Vets4Pets.
