Sadly I had to say goodbye to Dolly. She was 22yrs old and had been my companion 17 of those years. She was a rescue cat. Who helped to rescue me. Thank you to vets4pets for your care and advice in caring for Dolly towards the end also for the gentleness you showed us both, when it came time to say goodbye.
We have been customers here for almost 5 years and cannot fault the customer service. Becky the vet is exceptional at her job. She goes above and beyond everytime to ensure peace of mind. All 3 of our animals have been treated by Becky over the years and we've received personal attention to detail during every visit. The reception team are also fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. This is clearly a team of animal lovers who treat your pet just like it's their own. I always recommend Vets4Pets Rawtenstall and will continue to do so. Thank you for being so fabulous! We'd be lost with you guys!
The vet I saw was very kind and gentle with my 10 year old cat, Figaro. She complimented his demeanour and behaviour during his eye exam which helped boost my confidence as a pet owner. She explained clearly what she was going to do and what she was checking. My only gripes are: 1. The medication costs are quite high. Im fine with paying a Consultation Fee because it is better safe than sorry, but medication is very high. 2. They do not accept direct claims from ANIMAL FRIENDS so if you have pets insured with this company, please be aware you are expected to pay the vets first and then claim it back from Animal Friends. Luckily we did not require insurance cover on this occasion but I dread to think if the costs were any higher I’d have been unable to pay the full balance, particularly with the cost of living prices at the moment. Overall a pleasant experience and I appreciated the designated seating areas and the tree to place your cat on if you didn’t want them on the floor or seat. Good idea!
The nurse/vet we saw was lovely, so kind and caring with my cat who was obviously a little scared and a bit curious. She let him explore the room and settle before checking him over and giving him his jabs. Quick and easy
If we had to recommend a vets this would be it, the staff are super friendly,informative and very helpful.nothing is too much trouble.They are honest with diagnosis and don't fob you off with the un necessary. To Becky, Rachel,Amy and the team.well done and keep going.
My family have always received great service from the staff here. You kind of have an expectation from national chains for things to be a bit corporate and impersonal but it’s really not like that at all. We have unfortunately have lost a couple of small pets recently and the staff did all they could for them right until the end, the nicest touch was receiving a card a few days later offering condolences to my wife who was upset. Thank you The prices are less than you would expect and unlike a lot of vets the animals come first and the money later, the way it should be.
Fantastic staff at all levels- especially the receptionists who take so much care to make you feel known, looked after and fully informed. Exceptional service.
Very good and friendly treatment, reassuring and kind towards my cat who has a very skittish nature.
