Mel always does her best to accommodate. Plus I'm very reassured to know I leave my cats in the hands of an experienced vet nurse and her husband who is a vet. I love that her children come in and chat to the cats so they don't feel lonely.

Mel and Shawn are absolutely fabulous, we've been using Mel for the past 4 years and can safely say our cats are always in brilliant hands. We can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks again Mel!

A great place to send your cat for a break. The staff are very friendly and genuinely care  about your cat. I have been going here for the past 5 years would highly recommend.
