Sadly this branch has really gone downhill. I tried to see a vet as my dog had an eye problem and was informed I d had to wait alost two weeks. I used to see the same vet but now it seems adifferent one each visit. My previous dog certainly received better treatment.
This place is never open so I don't know how it runs. Booked my dog in with the vet for 9am... Vet didn't show up until 9:30 claiming it didn't open until then, even though the same person had booked the appointment for 9am just a week before. Website opening hours are also incorrect. Two weeks later I have an appointment for 1:30, turn up - closed again. Oh we go on lunch for an hour 1-2. Why book appointments for that time then? Had an elderly lady outside, in zero degree temperatures, freezing and crying upset worrying she had got the appointment time wrong. Shameful.
Awesome vets, super helpful and accommodating. We had to have things put in place for our dogs during our relocation out of the UK and the vet and her reception team were so helpful.
I registered with the Haslingden branch as I don't drive so really handy for me to take my dog but it's never open. When I have managed to make an appointment I find the staff a bit cold and not very friendly. Wouldn't recommend
Good vet no doubt ! , but outrageous price. Consultation 10 mins if that? and 1x tiny bottle of eardrops =£98. 00. Paid. If they had had their way and done/sent away swab test it would have been £258.00 ! I'll Think Twice In Future!
Brilliant vets charges are low other vets quoted me double. Made the whole process a lot easier an then received a card to say that were thinking of us after putting our beloved dog to sleep. I can't thank them enough at such a difficult time
These people that call themselves ‘vets’ at the haslingden branch robbed over 1000’s of pounds off us with scans and the wrong medication! They diagnosed our dog wrongly over 3 times and happily told us after the 2 scans we paid for they was certain he didn’t have cancer. After he wasn’t getting better we moved him to another vet and sadly we found out he does have cancer and all that money was wasted on the wrong medication and they told us to put him on this horrible food. So all this time he could of been getting proper treatment and could have been enjoying his food but it’s too late now sadly I’m loosing my best friend on Tuesday. I do not recommend myerscough veterinary group to anyone!!!
Lovely receptionist and both vets I've seen are wonderful with Sky my GS/Malinois.
