Hazel loves our vets, despite 3 surgeries now. They are incredibly kind and patient with her. Unfortunately small dog hates them but they still show her the same amount of patience and caring. Best vets x
As always staff were very helpful, understood my concerns and arranged a prompt appointment. The vet was very thorough and explained what was likely to be the problem. Took a blood test and gave pain relief. I received the result of the blood the next day which I thought was very quick which put my mind at rest for the moment but will have to wait and see if the problem reoccurs.
LADIES AT THE RECEPTION VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. VET WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. VERY KIND, POLITE, GENTLE WITH MY PUP, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. VET MADE ME FEEL THAT SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I CAN TRUST HER AND FEEL VERY WELCOME
I have been to quite a few vets in my dog's life 9yrs, but this is by far the best. He had his teeth cleaned last year and an extraction they were great with him phoned within an hour to let me know all was ok and when I could collect him.
Awful! Treated my pup disrespectfully and made her scared of ladies which took a long time to correct! She has separation anxiety and they didn’t care wouldn’t let me in with her at all to comfort her. Just atrocious how things were dealt with, and because I left a review on Facebook they’ve told me to go elsewhere which I’d planned to do anyway. Don’t recommend them at all. Awful. Avoid if you can and go elsewhere! They didn’t even try to resolve my issues when I spoke to them just told me to find somewhere else! Customer service skills are appalling.
Because I feel I know the practice, the vet and that they know my and my dogs.
i was just so relieved they got me in straight away when i told them how poorly my normally very active dog was. kevin the Vet was his usual friendly manner and he was very thorough with his examination. Typically, Herbie was right as rain the next day !
I am currently travelling around the UK. So when my dog injured himself I wasn't able to take him to his regular vet. I called 5 localish vets before calling Vets4Pets. None of them were willing to take on a new patient despite me explaining that I was travelling through the area and he wouldn't be a 'patient'. I then called Vets4Pets who were a little further away. And I am so glad I did. Whilst they also are not taking on new patients, after I explained the situation and that I was a little bit stressed because I didn't know what to do for my dog, they very kindly agreed to see my dog. Both the reception staff, and the vet that looked at my dog were extremely friendly and helpful. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be using this branch for my pets! Thank you so much for your understanding of our situation
Everyone at the practice is very friendly and professional. We have both our cat and dog on their Pet Plan, which is great value. Covid safe. Highly recommended
