I don’t know where to start but I have been overwhelmed by their kindness. The staff are so lovely and really go out of their way to help. We recently lost a pet and organised for its cremation through them. They were sympathetic, kind and gentle in their approach to us and sent us a beautifully written sympathy card! Not only a fantastic example of great customer service but also of compassion. I will be forever grateful.

Reception staff very friendly lovely people and care but over the yrs I have not been as happy with my veterinary service my dog is old but I would look further a field next time
Such a great vets, always able to see my cat even at short notice and such a pleasure to deal with.
The vets, nurses and reception staff all went the extra mile to care for my dog. He was seriously ill, but their expert care literately saved his life. On top of all that, I was in holiday at the time and they took the time to provide me with regular updates including pictures of buddy’s progress. They helped me manage the insurance claim process and organised follow up appointments quickly. The whole team are brilliant and we are so grateful for their help during this difficult time.
had an excellent time, bought a Cold water Fish tank, with Pump & Filter & accessories, for our 5 year old daughter & 8 year old son, going to buy some fish tomorrow, after the tanks set up! Well recommend coming here! Nice friendly staff: Aidan served us, very kind & helpful, also for £5 voucher off, for buying fish!
Used to be a greats vets and very reasonable but poor service no consistency anymore new vet every time. 2 of our visits basically felt like shoved out the door within minutes. I’d recommend moving to Tom in Bournemouth branch he’s a co owner and his care and his team are brilliant.
Friendly reception, friendly vet with apology for late running. Vet made a fuss of dog and handled vaccs and kennel cough well.
Recently, me and my Dad had the unfortunate circumstance of having to put our lively but feisty sorry! 14 year old cat to sleep. As young as she was in heart, she had a fatal case of cancer and to refrain her from going through any pain or terror - we decided to make the incredibly difficult decision of losing her. After almost a week of barely dealing with it, I had a card arrive this morning. Although it made me re-start the tears all over again - the fact that the words were hand-written and sincere, knowing that money had been donated to the Wildlife Trust after her passing and the Forget Me Not seeds made me understand how much this veterinary practice cares! I cannot stress enough how helpful, understanding and caring the whole team was. They really helped it be a slightly easier process. Cannot recommend them enough, a truly fantastic team.
Different vets every visit Previously the fees always felt reasonable. Not anymore. It feels as though the locum vets are tasked with billing as much as possible. I requested a prescription to order the meds online, however the meds were just made up instead. A recurring pet issue but no notes had been read. I was explaining the treatment required to the vet.
