Fantastic staff, both vets and reception staff. Always very helpful and friendly. We have been bringing our pets for 25 years since moving to the area and have never had anything but good service. Especially caring at the time in your pets life you need it the most.

Very helpful staff and really do put the wellfare of the animals first. Can only say a big thank you to them. Will always do there best to find an appointment time for you and the vets are very knowledgeable but speak to you at an appropriate level. Parking is easy with lots of spaces around the back of the practice and a large and warm waiting area. They have a separate entrance for those animals going in for operations.

Very kind efficient and caring staff. The vet Katie was so gentle, thorough and good with my cats. Especially treating the wound on the older cat Coco. and offered me an appointment easily for follow up. Excellent service and my cats were not afraid as she gave such good reassurance to us all

They are extremely kind to both owners and animals and have a wealth of knowledge between them all and most importantly I trust them

Since our first visit to the Priory Veterinary Clinic at Christchurch two years ago we have received not only efficient but sympathetic treatment of our pet dog, Harry. There have been occasions when simple advice and assurance was all that was needed and a quick call to the surgery is often all that is needed. It is a pleasant and friendly place to visit and I would recommend it without reservation.
