AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! So my beautiful dog Murphy has suffered from epilepsy his whole life and having been a customer of vets4pets for the last 4 years with my dog I would have hoped for better treatment. We went in were charged a small fortune for blood tests that were to check if there any underlying issues even though it was vets4pets that told me that it was epilepsy in the first place. They didn't have the medication in so promised us a call when it arrived. A few weeks passed and we heard nothing so called ourselves to be told only half had arrived and they were still waiting for the other. So my dog keeps fitting I call again to be told now the time has passed and they can't help!!! Honestly they are just a bunch of robbing crooks that clearly don't give a s##t about pets. I will be taking my wonderful dog and money elsewhere and I'm sure all this lot will care about is the latter!

I can not thank Sophie and the team enough, our Scooby was seriously ill one Sunday & having experienced out of hours vets in the past we were very pleased that Vets for Pets were open, dreading the worst we booked Scooby in to be put to sleep but with a full check up it was decided that although she looked awful she could be sorted and within days she had perked up and three months on we have a different dog, even though she is 13 she has a new lease of life and this wouldn't have been possibly if it wasn't for Sophie and her caring team.  As for previous comments I don't feel they are out to make as much money as possible as we were offered prescriptions so we could buy on line which would have worked out more expensive.

We changed to this practice mid Jan and by 6th Feb our beloved cat of over 20 years had to be put to sleep after the most horrendous and heartbreaking weekend following dental surgery at their recommendation. Despite being reassured on numerous occasions that she would be well looked after throughout the whole process, especially with her age, they overlooked obvious signs that something was seriously wrong. The days following her treatment we contacted them multiple times voicing our concerns over her health and took her back in for an emergency appt after seeing a 24 hour vet during the night. She spent an entire day at their practice and in their care before being sent back home with us because she had apparently perked up. It wasn't until the next day when we had to bring her in again that they realised something was seriously wrong, but by then it was too late as her body was already shutting down. To say we regret ever bringing her here is a massive understatement and we won't be stepping foot in this practice again.
