Quick and easy service, nurse answered all of my questions as a new cat owner, reassured me that his health is great and was absolutely in love with him Haven't had a poor experience yet, especially with the nurses. Experience with one vet so far was rather flat in comparison to nurses. Only had check-ups on kitten so far.
The vet was very helpful and tried her best to make Lola comfortable while doing all the checks as quick as she could. The reception staff are always smiling and very polite and helpful. Love this vet practice
Professional and reassuring vets practice with appointments available when you need them. We are new to the area and were quite upset by our pet being unwell as we had not found a vet yet and they were very efficient and reassuring.

Extortionately overcharging of medication. Raise issues with vet being charged for 20ml fluid at 68 pounds when you can buy it from 17 pounds online, showed vet evidence was told that she dont choose prices. In my view ive been mugged. Never will i trust this vet company again. Bad enough paying 45 pounds for consult. I still have the evidence please check prices before agree any treatment.
My cat needed emergency treatment and vets4pets Hartlepool were just fantastic. My cat was given excellent treatment and I was given full and Frank explanation of what to look out for and what to expect. I fully recommend them I feel reassured.

We always receive excellent service in Hartlepool V4P. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and calming our cat Frank has been very poorly recently with two infected paws Thankfully Frank is better now, and this appointment was for his yearly vaccination and a check to ensure his paws were still behaving and clear. Kate sorted both worming and flea / tick tablets for Frank also. Kate is a lovely vet - she knows Frank and is soothing with him and us :- Thank you as always for an excellent service. Penny
First time visit with newly registered pet who had developed an unknown problem. Given an immediate appointment. Excellent care and discussion with both vets two days treatment for tests. currently waiting for test results and follow up.
