Not impressed at all. Half way through our appointment a member of staff interrupted the vet who promptly disappeared. We could overhear them discussing a non urgent appointment for someone else's pet. We just stood there twiddling our thumbs for at least 5 minutes. We thought this extremely rude and unprofessional especially as there was no explanation.
This is the only vets Itake my dog Ronnie too, they're very helpful and thorough and he enjoys his check ups with Alexandria she made his ears better All the vets and reception staff are friendly and caring and I won't take my dog anywhere else,thank you

Had a first time visit with my kittens recently for vaccinations, had everything explained to me very clearly and even talked about micro chipping which they recommended to leave till neutering as the needle would make them uncomfortable. My two kittens were very comfortable when getting their vaccinations and didn’t even flinch throughout it all, so thankfully I don’t think they hate the vets yet.
Good service but you can wait a long time to be served and sometimes they send you to Middlesbrough Hospital which isn’t good for someone who doesn’t feel comfortable driving. So have to hire the pet ambulance service which is costly.
We recently used this Vet to help our dog. We were seen on time. Our dog was given a thorough examination and appropriate treatment. We feel that we were given appropriate advice, information and treatment.
Been with the Bridge from when our dog was a puppy now nearly 3, lovely caring staff always made welcome .
I took my puppy to this vets today. The staff were friendly and professional. It is the longest I have spent in a actual examination room as the vet took his time and double checked Ellie. He also gave me a lot of advice and care tips which was well received. It was a lovely atmosphere and was very welcoming. Unlike other vets I have been to, it actually seems like they care about the animals in their service and not see them as a number on a screen. I am very pleased and this will be my dogs life time vets all because they took their time and were very friendly and give the advice asked for to consider all options for what is personally best for my puppy.
Awful vets only interested in how much money they can get no compassion for the animal
