Vets4Pets Merthyr Tydfil

Went yesterday as my pupperoo had an allergic reaction to something possibly on one of our little adventures (walks) and I received the most amazing service everyone was so lovely and made a fuss of my fur boy, he is now on the mend after a small steroid injection and some antihistamines thank you to the lovely vet! Hopefully I won’t have to return for anything other than routine jabs but if I do I know he will be in good caring hands!

OK, this is my own personal experience with this establishment. I recently had to rush our Blue Staff Lexi into them as she was having trouble giving birth and I couldn't get through to our regular vet... They saw her straight away and explained all of our options to us very carefully. We ended up opting for a C-Section to ensure her safety. I can honestly say that the service we received and the care given to lexi and all 6 pups was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone... as I am writing this they called just to see how Lexi and the pups were doing, now that wasn't just great customer service that to me proved they actually cared. All the staff are extremely friendly and I can't thank all of them enouh for looking after my little girl.

I do not recommend anyone take their pets to this vetinary practice. I took my dog here when she had an accident, after a week of going back and for here she was no better, in fact she was left with a infected open wound that they had failed to stitch or even dress and bandage properly. Within that week they had billed me £850, they are highly over priced, also the whole staff not very loving to animals, not like you would expect at a vets. Stick to your normal local vets, not worth the risk with these franchise businesses.
