Friendly, knowledgeable team who do their utmost to care for your animal and put you at ease about what's happening. While they don't use medical jargon to describe what's happening, you know they know it! My dog Biscuit after his recent visit surrounded by his toys.
Had my elderly 18 cat yesterday for her blood test. Lovley vets and the vet nurses are brilliant too. Treated her very gently as she tends to get very stressed. Can't say enough about how good they are. Thanks all of you
Always a great, friendly service. Appointments are easily made, staff are brilliant with pets and owners. They offer some great plans for vaccinations etc. Best vet I have ever used.
Avoid - Company charges you left right and centre. We were advised by the Senior Manager that we didn't have to pay a follow up appointment, two months down the line when trying to get a repeat prescription we are advised we need to pay this fee and we told them they advised us we didnt need to pay this and they are calling us a liar. Needless to say a horrible experience and we will not be using this practice. Can go to another local vet with a much better service.
Were absolutely brilliant, kind and understanding when I had to get my small bird put to sleep. Christine the receptionist and Susie the locom vet where truly great, treated my pet as an animal with feeling I can't thank them enough for being so kind to me.
My dog became unwell last night and as it is Hogmanay my normal vet was not open and they didn't have a number on the answering machine for an out of hour /emergency vet. I googled the emergency vet and couldn't get them to pick up but my phone showed Vets4pets in Linlithgow was open. I called at 1300 and even though they were open until 1500 they refused to see my dog as she has not been seen by them before. I explained I had her passport and all her vaccinations and she had no issues with medicine and after the nurse spoke to the vet they still refused to see her. Absolute callous behaviour for a vet not to see a sick animal and I know vets don't have a Hippocratic oath as such but surely you go into the job to help animals especially sick ones.
Very friendly staff and being disabled staff helped by carrying my pet up to the vets above and back to the car also vets are very helpful very clean shop will go back also each time I have visited shop the lift works
Lovely caring staff. Always make a fuss of my kitten. Would definitely recommend as experienced vets Nd caring care staff.
Fantastic service that had my dog back on her feet in no time. Would recommend without hesitation.
Lovely staff.Love the way the vet took a very keen interest in our puppy.
