We have had 2 dogs here for years now, never had any problems, recently had to put our old springer spaniel to sleep and they could not have been better, giving us her ink paw prints and a sorry card with remembrance seeds, absolutely fantastic vets

Our dog took seriously I’ll recently and we were given an appointment that morning to take him in. He was quickly diagnosed and the team guided and advised us throughout this complicated and stressful period. Their skill and speed of diagnosis ensured he was operated on straight away whilst receiving the very best of care and attention throughout. Their skill, professionalism and reassurance at this time was an absolute credit to their profession and something we will forever be indebted to Rebecca, Bree and Abby and the rest of the team. We cannot speak highly enough of them and thanks to their dedication, skill and care we have our beloved boy still with us today.Thank you, you are simply the best.

Absolutely disgusting experience with Alora vets and if possible i would’ve left 0 stars.  Since changing from aryton they have absolutely no interest in pets, their solution to every problem is putting them to sleep and then hitting you with a ridiculously over priced cremation bill which they don’t explain costs of.  They will also then lie, manipulate conversations and edit consent forms to cover their backs.  As soon as I have my tortoises ashes back I will never step foot in this vet ever again.

I can see some people have had bad experiences of late, and it's never nice when it's about our animals. But personally as a new patient I had a really good first experience/impression.nI had a nice woman, I think her name was abbey, she was very kind caring about my cat. Listened to me, and asked various questions to get to the bottom of things, I also didn't feel rushed to get to the next patient. Only tiny negative thing was I wasn't told the price in the consolation, but other than that she was very good. Fingers crossed my cat is on the mend.
