Lovely nursing staff and receptionists unfortunately my partner and I found the vet to be quite dry, blunt and at times rude. The same was felt on several visits over 2 to 3 years despite trying our best each time to be friendly. Eventually after being spoken to like a lower class once too many I joined a new vet.

An excellent veterinary practice took really good care of my cat even when we had to put the cat to sleep they took care of us and the cat would highly recommend.

We have attended Pets Friends since it opened in 2006 and have always been pleased with the service from everyone.
