Not great. Unexpected fees even though website states certain treatments etc are included in monthly plan, given nonsensical explanation for this. Some staff are not very polite or respectful and have a poor attitude. I would recommend going elsewhere if you can
If you're able to get into any other vet I would say take it, have been surprised with extra fees, appointments that have been cancelled, and personal information that's been incorrect several times. However my cats have always seemed to be happy and well cared for, so if you need to sign up here don't worry on that front
They Wouldn't register my cat or look at her because I didn't have photo id even though stated was desperate they couldnt even recommend another vet i could go to either i ended up ringing around another few other vets got someone else to look at her glad they did turned out to be a tumour, Wouldn't recommend vets4pets unreliable in an emergency to see your pet, WALLACE VETS on the other hand were great did registration over the phone saw her the same day got treatment started for her
Easy to get an quick appointment after symptoms explained. Vet explained everything in terms we understood and we and our 9 months old pup felt at ease. Left feeling more at ease that our pup would be fine and if he wasn't we could contact them straight away.
I brought my kitten to this place and never again. They're rude, not give you all information, in fact they give you wrong information. You end up staring at the £200 bill and not a word to discuss anything. I did check the medication in other vets and I've been told half price. I'm so annoyed. Wasted money and they don't even care about your pet.
The vet and reception staff were so kind and friendly. I can’t recall the vets name but she was Australian. She was very professional and courteous, explained the procedure and called me with updates. I felt reassured that Loki was in perfectly capable hands.
Appointment was available very quickly. We were very happy with the new Vet who listened and explained things very clearly. He was obviously very caring and I felt that I could trust him. This was our first visit with our cat and we decided to sign up for the Vetplan as we would be very happy to continue to take our cat to this vet in the future.
Great care and honest advice on pet care.
We were seen promptly and everyone was friendly and professional. The nurse was so good with my pet taking time to pet and make sure he was happy and at ease. Answered all our questions simply and fully.
A great vet where the staff are kind and caring. The prices are fairly reasonable, neither super expensive or cheap. The plans they offer seem very reasonable and are definitely helpful. The location is easily accessible and there is a lot of parking. Only issue would be that it is a small vets, so there are limited appointments. However, they have good links with an emergency vet so there should be no worries that you won’t get good care. Overall, would definitely recommend!
