My wee man has been in there care since Wednesday AM so 3 days now- outstanding is an understatement they’re so caring towards your individual animal they make them feel certainly at home even when going through such an illness like my dog. They have and continue to keep me updated thoroughly throughout the day and always tell you the complete truth good or bad brilliant people all of you! I can’t say names but there is a couple who I will never ever be able to thank enoughkeep doing the excellent job that you do!
What a lovely vets, warm friendly and professional from the first call and throughout. Unfortunately we were having our pet put to sleep, the whole process was handled very sensitively with thoughtful little extras that made the whole experience feel easier, we even received a lovely card with some seeds to scatter.
We can't thank the emergency staff enough for the help and kindness you showed our sweet Molly this weekend with her illness. Especially Ashley who was there for us. Highly recommend this practice.
Parkside were fantastic and have been fantastic. Not my usual vet, but they were the only vets to help us in a matter of crisis. Tina and Karen were amazing. Lost a rockstar of a newfie but parkside will be remembered for stepping up to do the right thing. Thank you all at parkside
My 3 year old Lhasa Apso Harvey was attending practice more of late due to chronic acute illness. He sadly passed away this week. Dundee staff provided dedicated care to my Harvey and they were all so kind throughout Harvey treatment. Vet Fraser was mostly involved this year caring for Harvey and Fraser showed great empathy and compassion caring for Harvey. Today received a touching card from practice on my loss and was taken back by how thoughtful practice staff really are. Thanks again to Fraser Goldie and team for all your dedicated support to Harvey and myself.
I remember having to put my cat down here and I know it was during covid but I felt very very rushed to get it all over and done with. We had to wait outside in the cold and rain until they called us is. I barely even got 5 mins with my poor baby before he was away. I did take him away myself and I got him cremated privately up in a place in Arbroath. I’d rather do it myself knowing my old friend will get the last piece of dignity that he deserved! Never ever again will I step near here.
We needed emergency help in the middle of a night. Our only Perth vets that provide this kind of service refused help ,yet Parkside vets were vhappy and asking enough to help without even a second of doubt
Staff always friendly and professional. Take very good care of my boy Ted, the cat wouldn't take him anywhere else
I have moved my cat to Parkside after moving to Dundee. She was in recently for her yearly vacation and I was very impressed. Right from the start the receptionist was lovely and very helpful, I was seen quickly and the vet was thorough checking over my cat, mentioned she was a little over weight but didn't make me feel like an awful owner like many vets have in the past she is an older indoor cat, it's difficult to keep her weight down overall I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely recommend to others! I have seen a few poeple mention it is a little more expensive than other vets however I would rather pay more and get the right treatment for my pet! Thank you!
Cannot fault the vets, nurses and reception staff, have been with Parkside for years but since speaking to who I am guessing is the practice manager last week I am now looking for a new vet for my pup. She was rude, unhelpful, argumentative, obstructive and belligerent, oh the list goes on. Very unprofessional!
