Absolutely amazing service, I had to do a walk-in as my regular vets was closed. Received a very warm welcome and the vet explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience and poor management. Avoid the care plan at all costs, my kitten was due her flea treatment and I was told it was not due, long story short she got fleas they apologised admitted a computer error however did not compensate the cost of flea extermination the spray did not work as the fleas were resilient to it. No resolution, owner could not care less!!
The staff were really polite today! The girls were amazing and super helpful. The Vet we had was great too. She befriended my grumpy & snappy old pooch, and made my little kittens first trip to the vets fun and less nervous for him. Safe to say both my boys absolutely loved their vet today.

We have taken our animals to Vets 4 Pets for a few years now and they have always been brilliant with both our dogs and cats. Any issues we have had over the years have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. Over the Last week our cat Ernie became ill, so we have had many visits and phone calls. Unfortunately, Ernie had to be put to rest yesterday. We cannot thank Vasilis enough for the patience, care and compassion he has shown; from answering the million questions we had to how he was with Ernie at the end. All the nurses we have seen or spoke to have been thoughtful and caring. We cannot forget the non clinical staff as well, who made the process that bit easier on Ernie's final day. We will be continuing to take all of our pets here.
I would like to thank all the staff at this amazing practice for the care and attention they have always given to our dog. Such a hard working team who definitely deserve 5 stars

Vets4Pets Brighouse were recommended to me during my pets twilight years, having felt let down by her usual vet clinic… They have been the best, they have cared for her and at the end she was treat like the princess she was, with dignity and love! There are not words to express how wonderful this team of people are!!
Really happy with Vets4Pets took my 9 week old puppy for injections. On arrival they were extremely friendly and kind making my puppy and me feel at ease. They gave her a full health check plus flea and worming medication. I also signed up for the complete care plan which is very good value.
