Great customer service always made feel welcome and the facilities itself are clean neat and tidy. The vet Mary is a lovely lady as well as the staff within this company always polite and courteous and will go that extra mile for you. Prices are reasonable and Mary will always try and fit you in whether it's minor or major issues with your pets failing that she or one of her nurses will contact you.
My pup needed Emergancy surgery and they where very comforting to me and explained everything clearly and rang me a few time to update me. My pup is only 8 weeks and weighs less then 2kg and needed a fairly significant incision which was stitched up very neatly and my pup was clearly well cared for while she stayed overnight as she was bright when I came to pick her up and has remained in good for at home. I was given plenty of information on how to care for her at home and was given a date to return for post op check in a couple of days.
Eddie went to Vets for Pets last night for his annual booster. He thought it was brilliant. Hugs and kisses from receptionist Lynsey and then more hugs from lovely vet Lorena during a thourgh examination . Didn't even feel the jag it was all so exciting. Highly recommend to all caring furmummys and daddies. Great to have such a caring team.
They saved my wee dog's life and she lived a life full of quality after that for 1.5 year. She had kidney and liver disease and very high blood pressure. She would have died if I had listened to another vet elsewhere. I'm happy I listened to my gut feeling and rang veys4pets. They contacted the other vet to receive all medical history of my dog. I can't praise them enough, especially Mary.
After my kitten 8 months old got run over i have nothing but praise for Vets For Pets. . I was so upset + they reasurred me Gizmo would be ok. . After xrays + better news than i expected Mary took Gizmo home to administer pain relief during the night. . They arranged his surgery with Barry in Lisburn surgery. . We took him up next day + met Barry who discussed the best option for Gizmo. He operated next day + rang us after op. . We visited Gizmo a few times the following week + because he was missing us Barry suggested bringing him home. . He goes today to have stitches removed in Ballymena surgery + back to Lisburn for xray of his caged leg. . All Gizmos treatment was covered by Petplan . . Im so so glad i insured him through Petplan. . Everything was so straightforward + smoothly done without us having the added pressure of bills while our baby recovers Thank you to each + every one of Vets For Pets. . You are Professionals. . During Gizmos first week after op i was contacted every day enquiring how he was doing. . This meant so much + proves its not just a job. . They are an amazing team. . Fantastic vet wouldnt use any other vet my we Charlie was so scared on his first ever visit to pets at home but wen ready to leave the shop he was calm and now lets me put him on the lead for walkies something he never ever done for me highley recommended first class look forward to getting Charlie seen again wen ready xx
