I will never go to any vet but Grove vets. They are compassionate, professional, friendly and they don't just treat their work as nothing more than a job. You can feel their love for animals and their empathy for their owners. When I had to let my old pup go, my baby, after more than a decade together, I couldn't have gotten through it without them. Their generosity is unparalleled.
Oscar always gets great treatment at the Grove Veterinary Surgery. He has been ill on a number of occasions but they have always made him well again. Thank you
Brought my cat Skye to grove vets for first time. Skye is usually really nervous at the vets, however vet who treated her was really calming and we had no problems. Really happy with service and time taken to take through diagnosis and medication options
I can't speak highly enough about the team at Grove vets. I even travel out of my own town to use them. I've had multiple pets registered here. For me they have vaccinated pups, put to sleep older dogs with cancer, cured skin infections and more over the time I've been using them. I've never had a complaint.
Rang at 9am On a Saturday morning. Had appointment for my dog at 11:30. Treated and diagnosed promptly and efficiently by very gentle vet who put my dog at ease. All staff, reception and veterinary highly recommended.
Like numerous veterinary clinics in Northern Ireland this one has also been sold to a greedy consortium. Absolutely scandalous the consultation fee and the mark up on medication costs that these places charge. Make sure and be prepared for at least £100 for any sort of treatment even if its a hamster
Can't thank the staff and vets at Grove Vets more. Harry our pet rabbit, which turned out to be Harrett. Pulled out all her stitches after a wee operation. Panicked, rang the Vets. Took her straight down and they had her re stitched and sorted within half an hour. Brilliant service. Again huge thanks guys. Will be recommending to all my family for the special fluffy love they gave our wee bunny. Xoxo.
Although Shadow, our labradoodle is always a little nervous when she goes for her injections the staff are very patient and caring.
My cat and dog go to Grove vets, the care that’s provided from entering with the lovely reception staff the nurses and the vets, and groomer highly recommend wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else
I had to put my beloved Minnie to sleep on the 22nd August. The vet was excellent and took me through the procedure step by step. The nurse Emma was called to assist and showed no empathy to me whatsoever. After the injection was administered she walked away without a how are you to me. She looked totally bored!! The receptionist Tracy was brilliant and followed me outside to give me support and understanding. I think Emma might need a course in customer care. My experience in Grove has been wonderful. Vets, receptionist staff and groomer. Thank you.
