Absolutely fantastic service. After going to a different Emergancy vets twice only to be told there was nothing wrong, my guinea pig died in the waiting room of vet999. The staff were so lovely and supportive. They gave us time and space to say our goodbyes, took footprints and hair cuttings for us and were so empathetic and caring. I could not recommend them enough. Now we have a lovely memory of our sweet boy to help ease our pain. Thank you so much to all the staff there to help us yesterday.

£700 just for someone to come look at the dog, treatment would cost more on top!
