The oak bollards I received had some man-made damage - black tar like marks, knocked corner and gouges on one side of some of the bollards; all will be visible when installed. I tried to mediate with direct management that the quality control and P&P could be better. Unfortunately despite various correspondence and images sent, Versa considered the product was perfect. I have spent a great deal of time and effort to try and make good but unfortunately, they are disappointing in parts. I have reluctantly accepted and kept these bollards owing to to work I needed to do to make them more presentable. My main complaint now is the poor after sales service and attitude of this company. Customer care is imperative, therefore, I feel extremely disappointed.
