My mum went here to have acrylic nails done, she had previously had acrylic nails on and so they soaked her nails off at the shop for her. They put the new set of acrylics on and then told mum that she had to pay an extra £10 because she had a soak off of her previous nails so the price went to £25 from an original £15. Within less than 24 hours her nails had cracked  and 2 of them had split, the plastic tips also started to come off and we found that the acrylic on her nails was very flimsy and not strong atall. She rang the salon back and told them of what happened to her nails and so she drove back to the salon where he was then told that there was a no refund policy but at the start of having her nails put on she was not told of the refund policy. The owner of the salon then rung the phone in the shop and started to shout down the phone to my mum and she was adamant that she was not going to give my mum any money what so ever. The owner of the salon then had the cheek to say to my mum that she woul soak the broken acrylics off for an extra £10. My mum declined this offer and after much deliberation she left the shop and then soaked them off herself and she is now left with her own nails cracked and they are extremely sore. She is now writing to Trading Standards to solve this issue so i advise you do not go to this shop to have your nails done or to the Venus cafe which she also owns!

My sister went here and asked a price for a cut & some sort of dye and was told £50, too expensive she thought and left, the women chased her out the shop and said she could do it for £35, sister agreed and went back in and work commenced half way through the dying the women then said if you want the rest done the price will now be £50, she had to pay extra to have the job finished,

next day parents went in with sister to complain and ask for £15 refund and just got shouted at.

very bad service and the work done was no good either, sister got seen by a another shop who said the quality of work was very poor
