I had my hair cut in Plymouth, Devon, United Kingdom on 19 May 2011 at the Debenhams store salon location.  She cut a big chunk out of the top layer on one side of my head and cut the bottom layer on the other side longer than the opposite side.  Consequently my hair looked uneven and chunky, not soft and smooth like it used to. My hair is only shoulder-length and the style was a simple one, with only two layers and fringe across my forehead.  I have now had to find another stylist at a different company and paid for another haircut just three weeks since getting it cut at Regis, because the cut I received at Regis was so bad.  This stylist needs more training and I will be cautioning my friends from ever going to Regis.  I paid £31.00 for a terrible haircut and I would like my money back.  When I phoned to cancel my next appointment and explained that the cut I received was sub-standard and that is why I would not be coming back the person who answered the phone did not seem to care about what I was saying.  This is a terrible way to do business.
