Very disappointing customer service.  I never even made it to my first appointment!  My stylist left and I only found out by accident as there was no contact from the salon whatsoever.  They didn't seem particularly bothered when I rang and had no idea of any other arrangements which were being made.  I am going elsewhere and shan't bother with this salon again.  Definitely not the way to treat someone who was looking for a new salon and could have been regular repeat business.

They do my hair really well and it is always nice to go there. Out of the dozens of times i have gone they have only messed up once or twice and it is quite slow on Sundays
