Should be given a zero. Customer Service is very bad. They sell poor quality clothes and plastic. Don't shop here!! Much better shops in wembley. They also treat customers with disrespect and seem to refuse any returns even with a receipt and within UK standard customer regulations. This should be investigated by the council. Please all note the shops reply to my review is dishonest and not the experience of customers. See other reviews with similar complaints. There is no warning until after payment that they do not take refunds.
Great Indian store for ethnic , traditional, functional wear. Sarees are moderate price and you get all the accessories that you’ll need. When I visited there was offer on every item. And they have beautiful collections of clothes. Good place .
Such a shame, they have a really good collection and most of the staff is very good. But management, billing staff and return/exchange policies are such a let down. They are arrogant and for some reason are almost disrespectful towards their own customers.nnThough I am happy with the stuff I got from here but I am gonna avoid all Venisons stores in future.nnThey should learn a thing or two from adjacent stores.
Just wanted to thank Venison for their great service. Had a great experience ordering veshti for my nephew. A staff named Rohini made this very quick and even shipped it on time for me to receive it the next day. I didn’t have to wait around a long time, they were very quick with messaging and answering phone calls. Thank you. Will definitely shop online again :
DO NOT BUY FROM VENISONS. Awful customer service and products. Verbal agreement of a return over the phone. But then back tracked when I went to return in store. Items are not as colour as ordered and I paid full price. The manager then went on to tell me that £450 was ‘nothing to the store’ which was offensive as it’s a lot of money to me. As per the photo below, it is only sale items that cannot be refunded, my items were full price. Very poor service and quality. Please avoid purchasing from them at all costs.
