The cheapest service ever I had at a saree service. The owner doesn’t know how to treat people or talk well. He said it’s free underskirt and blouse material when I spend over 100 pounds. But he didn’t give materials for underskirt and start arguing with my mom for just £5. Worst experience ever had!!! Do not recommend this shop. Wasted half of my day. You don’t find a person’s to talk if you are in trouble at that shop because owner is the worst !!!!!
Visited this spot to get a sharwani for a wedding. They have a wide selection of colors and patterns; prices don't vary too much. The service was okay; comments on here that people are saying regarding refunds not being given are true- we were told all sales final but that was not too different to the other sari shops we visited. They did offer a 10 percent discount for cash payment.
We were there to buy sarees for ourselves and our white friends for an indian friend's wedding this weekend. 10 minutes into the shop and we heard the owner talking rudely to his staff members and worse, to clients. We decided to leave, horrified, without checking out the rest of the shop. The owner needs anger management classes, absolute disgrace to the asian community.
Amazing customer services , will always recommend to friends and family. Very satisfied with the quality of service and they have a variety wedding outfits where we could choose from. It's a One stop shop for wedding shopping...
Worst service ever. Owner at the till very, very rude. People come to buy stuff and they dont take thinga for free. Bought two sarees and when came to pay he became very rude and argumentative about where we should stand and where we should make decisions about our purchases.Definately not entering this shop. Please be aware.
We went last Wednesday to buy some saree for gift.they have massive selection of sarees and reasonable prices also I was struggling to get more selection.one of the members of staff name is poorvi she was very helpful within 2 hours time select about 30 Saree all nice colour and cheaper price.I highly recommend this shop our friends and family.
Wonderful experience - the staff was extremely helpful and patient while I couldn’t choose just one from the large variety. Definitely recommend and coming back.
They have various designs and so many other varieties like saree,gown,chaniya,lahega,dress etc and they are very good at cooperation. The quality of the dresses was very good and i just can tell you to use this store. Visit once you will not regret once you buy from this store you will be their regular customers.
I would give a minus if I can. THEY ARE FRAUDS! THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! THEY ARE STEALING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE LIKE THIS! We bought a sari and went back within 5 minutes to get a refund and the very rude man was very aggressive and said no refunds! This is against consumer rights! The product was still in the original condition as it was just purchased 5 mins ago! The arrogance of the manager was unbelievable. I would definitely not be shopping there again. I would much rather spend my hard earned money where I get some respect!
