Extremely rude customer service! Would not recommend wasting your time. I had visited this place twice with the intention of potentially buying or designing an outfit. I was told by the owner to call and book a consultation, which I did. I politely asked if I could book a consultation over the phone and the owner was so unbelievably rude - immediately she said do not bother booking if you aren't interested in buying as you will have to pay a fee and it will be futile - I waited for her to finish her abrupt speech which had a negative tone to do, and advised her that she had told me to call to book and I had already visited the store twice. She then proceeded to lecture me about the fact that she was in the middle of a consultation and her customer had just handed her a credit card which had now been taken away from here because I had RANG in the middle - how ridiculous is that - you do not blame a customer for calling - it's a service you chose to provide and if you cannot cope with this you need to reevaluate your service and manners. I remained calm and she said she would call me back in 10 mins - which she never did. I figured I am not wasting my time or money or someone as unprofessional as this - take your money and time elsewhere customers!

Don't waste your time. The very rude man, cashier/manager, said to the sales assistant who was really nice, "don't let her try the outfit on as she won't buy it, it's too expensive for her" just by looking at me. He said this in Hindi, thinking I wouldn't understand and it was embarrassing as I had a friend with me too. Racist and horrible customer service, doesn't matter if you got great clothes. Go to these other shops on Ealing Road not to Rivaaz.

Top notch service. Very interesting clothes for men and women. Is able to turn around made to measure in 5 days. The ready item I found (and bought!) was exactly what I was looking for. The price to quality ratio is really good value, I was very impressed!

Customer service is horrible. A highly rude owner focusing only monetary aspect and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went into Rivaaz with a vision of something I wanted made for my brothers wedding reception . Geeta was honest in a nice enough way to tell me my vision would not suit my body shape. She did however spend time explaining what would suit me. Designs were drawn and I left her to work on it. I put all my trust into Geeta as I live abroad so was unable to pop in to see progress or fittings. We kept in touch though and I left it 2 weeks before the wedding to have a fitting, I had lost weight and it was never to late to have adjustments made. My outfit was a dream, colour, quality and I felt like a princess. I look forward to getting other outfits made at Rivaaz. Xx thanks Geeta
