I've ordered from here on a few different occasions. I deleted my old review to make this one solely based on the service I received today. I had placed an order for a large extra cheese pizza and 2 2liters of soda. The price was fair. Our pizza got here and we opened the box to have it display a HOT MESS. There was cheese everywhere EXCEPT on the pizza. I called and let them know and the man was very apologetic and offered to send a new pizza right out. They did and we received a beautiful, hot, delicious pizza within a good amount of time. Thank you to whoever took that call, you have made me even more of a repeat customer based on that alone. Keep up the good job and thank you for all of your hard work serving your customers.
I’ve tried just about every pizza place I can drive by to find the best NY style pizza around and this is one of the 3 best in the city and my number one go too. You will not be disappointed if you like NY pizza with a sweet sauce. Fairly priced and friendly employees. 5 stars all day.
Top notch pizza! I grew up in Connecticut, but now live in Seattle. This is a legitimate east coast pie! Stopped by and dinned in for my last supper before departing for the west coast. The pizza is excellent for left overs! Will definitely be back when we are in the area!
Delicious! Crispy Base, great sauce, great cheese... Really friendly staff, even when they were literally closing as we ordered. Brilliant service.
We ordered delivery from here and not only did it take an hour and a half for the food to arrive, but it was burnt, soggy and cold instead of hot. The food was made incorrectly and clearly had been sitting for a long time. When we called, the customer service was severely lacking, all they could offer were excuses for why the food was as repulsive as it was and offered zero solutions. We were told “It’s delivery, what do you expect?”, well I expect my food not to show up as slop, I expect to get what I paid for and not inedible trash. I expect that not only shouldn’t my food arrive in an inedible condition but also that it shouldn’t take anywhere near as long as it did to arrive in the first place. I’ll never buy “food” from here again, it was nothing short of repulsive.
I worked here for two hours and realized how unsanitary and unprofessional the owner was and yelled at me and I never got my paycheck. Plus he never took my identification, social, nothing. Very unprofessional and the food is being dropped on the floor and put back on the grill from the kitchen floor. DO NOT EAT HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE! NOBODY WEARS GLOVES! NOBODY SANITIZED. I WARN YOU ALL DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHRIS IS A BAD OWNER. IM SORRY NOT SORRY
TERRIBLE customer service considering how a business should conduct themselves in a kind professional manner and actually CARING about how the customer feels...highly do not recommend!!! I ended up ordering from another pizza place thank God for competitive and good businesses that we as customers can have a choice and not be stuck with one bad apple! and a worker had told me about the terrible experience this person had working for this place!!! You the manager/owner called my home TWICE and harrassed me for leaving a review & you yelled at me!!! I should report this to the police and I say definitely THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU will hear from me!!! Very unprofessional...a retake in a business course conduct should be taken...SO SAD!!!
I called to place a pick up order at 8:33 and was informed they stopped taking orders. They advertise their hours as 9 pm, so that's clearly not accurate. Additionally the person taking the order was curt and rude. This place was on its way to being our go to pizza shop, but after being treated poorly I'll go back to Elm St House of Pizza.
The Texas BBq Chicken Wrap and Steak Bomb sub were VERY good. Large portions. Both my boyfriend and I have leftovers - the small sub is 9 inches and stuffed with deliciousness and the wrap has great proportions. Plus the service was A1!! They didn't have cups so they ran out and got se for us! Would definitely go back if I'm back in the area again.
Best, most friendly staff in Manchester. Order takeout or delivery here. You won't regret it!
