I had a pizza from 23rd Street, I would say the dough is really good, the saucy is very runny. The runny sauce makes the dough soggy which is otherwise a really good dough.  The stuffed crust is a complete let down and doesn't feel stuffed at all. This is probably due to them stuffing the crust with regular cheese rather than a good quality string cheese usually more expensive as there is very low amount of water content.  The amount of toppings was excellent not too few nor too many pieces of pepperoni and other toppings.  I would recommend the restaurant makes the sauce of a thicker consistency so it's not absorbed by the dough and use good quality string cheese for stuffed crust also £2.5 for 12" & 20" - shouldn't you charge more for 20'.

Driven past this place hundreds of times, or when I've stopped, preferred to go next door. Today, for some reason, decided to go here - and I'm glad I did. From the outside this place looks like any other pizzeria. It's only when you go in and see the menu that you realise it's not. Having been to tens of pizza joints in and around Manchester this is the first I've seen, of its type, where they do pizza with toppings like feta cheese, Quorn and spinach. I ordered a half veggie, half chicken pizza. The pizza was one of the best I've had, cooked perfectly and just delicious. I have to be honest and say that the place could have been cleaner and the staff could have been friendlier, but all in all, a great pizza, highly recommended and would go again.

Order first time a 20inch Pizza , base was really nice thin and properly cooked . Good taste as well .

Ordered through uber eats, not worth the money at all, paid for and ordered rice which didn't turn up and was missing from the order despite being charged for it. Got the rice to go with the chicken salad that was ordered but the chicken salad was also a let down as it was such a small portion not alot of salad and not alot of chicken. Pizza is just bland and has no flavour, the cheese, the pizza sauce and the pepperoni all tasted the same. Couldn't taste the garlic on garlic cheese bread. Burgers don't live up to name or description for expectations. Only nice thing was chips, canned drinks and the chicken wings. Don't waste your money ordering from here, I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering through uber eats.

Fast service , good pizza, good selection for vegetarians including quorn mince !

I had the Spicy Meat Feast Pizza and it was great! The crust was just firm enough to hold the toppings whilst not too thick. The only area that needed improvement was the sauces, they weren't brilliant. However on the whole I really liked it.  Well done, highly recommended.

The pizza had such a weird taste. Tried it again after a few hours and the cheese tasted weirder. Next day pizza is always amazing. But the next morning the pizza had gone bad. Very bad experience of pizza. Ive totally been put off. Will definitely not be re visiting 23rd Street Pizza again.

Went first time today with my wife. Had a £5 12 inch pizza deal. So went for desi Pizza. It tool 10 minutes to prepare and cook.  Things that impressed me was the guy preparing food was veŕy careful about hygiene and cleanliness while preparing pizza.  There is parking next to take away. They offer 20 inch pizza too.  Taste wise pizza was good. Had absolutely no complain. If you want quick and cheap bite so try 23rd street pizza.

Nice pizza but got short changed after picking it up

Great little pizza shop packed full of flavour. Ordered half n half 20inch spicy meat feast and plain cheese.  The closest I've had to the NYC slice,  well worth the 7mile drive will be returning.
