So annoyed with the wedges. They arrived squashed, cold and as if they’ve been refried. Couldn’t eat any of it, especially the black chips. Really annoyed. Apparently their ordering system didn’t print out the ticket and I received the food two hours after ordering. Just so annoyed.Food: 1/5

Everytime I have been to Manchester, we  have stopped here to have food. No dine-in facility available unfortunately. However, food is economical and delicious. Quick service. It's very close to Eccles mosque as well.Food: 5/5

On Friday 12 at around 8.30 a friend who came to visit asked me if I new any good food takeaways. I said Happy Days. However, I ordered garlic bread garlic mushrooms and my friend just fancied a kids meal as she already ate before. The order came 21.35 and my friends kebab was missing with her drink. I telephoned and the guy said we are busy can I give it you another time. I explained my friend hasn't had her food who paid for the food. Then a knock on the door with just the drink. After phoning them they said her kebab is on its way. Eventually my friends kebab came at 22.21. I'm sorry but this is not good service. I'm embarrassed as I said you were great. My friend agrees that the food is 4 stars but improvement is needed badly on the service. We both agree we will try again a later date. Please use the construction critism for the future. Thank You

Terrible attitude of the driver expecting me to come out and down to collect and pizza box bent and may as well bean plain I oderd 3 toppings looks like just sweet corn no chicken or beef  Kid-friendliness: Not at all tiny portion size

Had to go outside and collect it rather than the driver bring it. Well over an hour to bring as well. Home delivery my a$$. The chips weren't even cooked that well and the milkshake was small af.  Never again.Food: 1/5

Shocking ordered mixed kebab and chicken & chips and onions rings cost £21.40 they even charged for sauce £1 each waited hour. 45 mins when it come everything was cold  I tried the kebab it ripped in my hands onions rings looked horrible I had to bin  the lot driver had no  change so even had to give him a 60p tip from £22 I phoned to complain was told they tell the manager that does not get me my £22 back this is just greedy for money no respect to any customers and adding on silly hidden prices keep a eye on this takeaway I’ll never use it again even if it was for free

You can call the fella behind the counter "Fonzie" all you like, he still won't laugh.  Wheelchair accessibility: Door plenty wide, good turning circle, slightly humid but get over it.
