AMAZING SERVICE. Took my car here with extensive body work damage and they were able to book me in on a day of my choosing, when I needed to rearrange they did so with no trouble and when they needed to rearrange pick up dates they offered various different options to try and suit my own availability. I will absolutely take my car back here in the future (when I inevitably hit the next wall that jumps out from nowhere at me). Brilliant, friendly and timely service. Can't give them enough praise.

*BRILLIANT JOB* Visited Vehicle Solutions with my Golf R after a non-fault accident and two failed attempts of repair at the "insurance approved" repairer (a garage in Cirencester). I have always heard great things about Vehicle Solution's, so asked the insurer if I could choose a garage of my own choice for the third repair. I was provided with a courtesy car, and within 2 days of dropping my car off, I had my car back looking good as new. I will be returning to Vehicle Solutions again in the near future to get some other bits & pieces sorted!

Fantastic service! Had an urgent fault that needed looking at.They managed to squeeze me in 2 days later for a diagnosis. I dropped my car off at 7:20 and picked up a courtesy car. Within 2 hours I had an email sent across with a full breakdown of what repairs needed completing and the cost. Also included recommended optional work but felt no pressure or obligation to take this up. I called to confirm repairs and by 14:00 the garage confirmed it was all done. They even waited behind until 17:15 because I got stuck in traffic coming to pick it up. Fantastic customer service and the fact that the work was complete in the same day at a very very competitive price is exceptional! Will definitely be coming back and I recommend any car owner to use vehicle solutions! Thank you!

Lovely energetic professional staff and great service.
I had a MOT, dropped off my car, got a courtesy car and could get on with my day with minimal disruption.
