Really good service and quality of work. I am incredibly impressed, they made the car as new, impressive to say the least.  I had a couple of very minor snags following  a repair which have been dealt with swiftly.

Excellent service from DB Autos. They kept me updated throughout the whole process on where they were with the repair to my car.Customer service was excellent , professional and friendly, responding to my questions very quickly. The car was returned on time all cleaned and valeted. I can definitely recommend them.

I couldn't fault this place in any way.  Whenever I was there I wasn't kept waiting, my car was repaired to a perfect standard, the courtesy car I had in the meantime was great and I was kept updated throughout.  I hope I don't end up being a repeat customer but if I do find myself in a position to have to have another repair, I won't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. DB Auto's kept us informed on the progress. Courtesy car was very clean too. As an insurance claim we cannot say to the cost but they are our approved specialist.

Very concerning experience. Insurers chose DB Autos but their quote for minor work was so eye-wateringly inflated I thought they were joking at first - Eight times more expensive than subsequent quotes!!! They became very cagey when I pushed back and asked for a breakdown of the work and expected costs. Chose to get quotes elsewhere and glad I did!

We received a call from DB Autos within hours of reporting to our insurer, knowing we were a bit stuck without a car they collected our vehicle and delivered a courtesy car within a few days. The repair carried out by the team and care taken is just amazing, it’s just like a new car! We particularly want to thank Sophie for just being so lovely at keeping us updated. This is the second time we have used DB Autos and although we hope not to be a returning costumer! We are reassured if anything does happen we would not hesitate to Thank you.

We were extremely happy with the recent experience at DB Auto Repairs,Cheltenham,. The reception team are polite,helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Both Sophie and Sarah’ provided regular updates on the work being undertaken , handled all aspects of the administration and ensured that our vehicle was returned fully repaired, sparkling clean and ahead of schedule. Picked up my car today after the repair. Did all the repairs  even the ones which I was not aware of  so professionally and shined my car so perfectly. I never loved my car so much before giving to these guys.  Their customer service is to next level.  Wonderful experience

Phoned today on our way to Cheltenham.  Had the car repaired last year after extensive door damage.  Electrical fault appeared recently to the same door  We were told to bring our car in straight away.  The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, lent us a courtesy car to continue our shopping trip and on our return the car was fixed and had been cleaned inside and out.  Danny and his team really do go the extra mile and their service is second to none.  Would always use and recommend this company in the future.  Thank you so much.
