This is the third car I have leased through vehicle contracts. Each time the service and point of contact has been excellent especially Robert Harris and Nick Walwyn. The car was delivered early and the car to be returned, was conveniently arranged for same day. Both drivers were very polite and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly, as always great job Norman and Sue Bernstein

Highly suggest not to go with these guys. Sent an email to give the go ahead on a order of a vehicle, didn't reply to my email, I rang them 1 month later and he said he didn't reply to the email because he was in Bulgaria, and that the price had gone up over £700.00. I recommend not to deal with these guys.

I recently contacted this company who were able to source the car I wanted and delivered it when promised. From start to finish the team, in particular John Sweeney dealt with me in a top class professional manner. Nothing was to much to ask, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and am very surprised by the bad review as I had anything but bad service. Will definitely use them again!!!

I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy. I signed after being assured my vehicle would be ready by 1 month. after 1 month this became another month. after another month it became another month. And now it's about to become another month. So 5 months and still no guarantee. Staff constantly promise to cal you back. They never do. and you have to chase hard to get any information from them. Just appalling customer service. You come away feeling you've been treated with contempt. I am now having to take them to court. This is just the worst experience I have ever had. One should beware the maxim - you get what you pay for. They offer good prices..a total shafting.
