Brilliant company. Would highly recommend them. They have helped me out so many times from mot to been broken down and having my vehicle fixed and back to me the same day. Really don't no what I would do without you all thanks hallmark.

Our costs are what they are and we are not always the cheapest, However we don't take deposit's where most bigger rental companies do. So writing a bad review about our prices isn't really something to write about. we offer a very good service and don't always get it right, Just like all other companies. Ref Dee Taylor; This person hired the vehicle and was a neighbour to one of the owners so had the vehicle cheap. Decided to drop vehicle back without telling us they had actually knocked there own wall down with our truck so therefore that's why it cost them this to pay for the damage to our vehicle. Be careful next time and you wont have to pay for damage and be more honest as well next time to who you hire from. Sophie Cusak, Check out other moan. This women is such a liar and looks like she has nothing better to do other than moan about things but never follows it up (trading standards) never contacted us so obviously nothing wrong, just took a bit longer than we expected.

I would not recommend booking your vehicle into this garage for any repairs. 1. Car was late being returned to me 2. In the 9 days they had my car not once was I told what work was being carried out or any costs 3. Car was returned with engine light still on (after being serviced) 4. Body work completed on the car was to a poor standard and needed to be completed again elsewhere 5. Car was returned with no evidence or paperwork of what work had been completed not even the MOT certificate 6. After making a complaint about the work on my car I was told that actually I probably needed a new door panel but was never told this at any time during them having my car Overall an extremely bad experience and has ended up costing me a hell of a lot of money. I had asked for a refund only for the bodywork because I had to pay for it to be done again elsewhere and they refused. I have since taken this matter up with trading standards.
