I have been using this shop since June this year. Jane and Kate have advised me so marvellously, they have been absolutely wonderful. after smoking heavily for over 50 years I started Vaping, now I do not want to go back to cigarettes. Many many thanks to both of you, see you soon, Pat D.

Hello, a colleague recently purchased an Innokin Cool Fire 4 from yourselves at your Stourport Shop. Today, his unit has stopped working. Its failing to charge. Your not very helpful assistant, to say was not interested is an understatement, and attempted to fob us off with excuses regarding the vendor warranty provided by the manufacturer in question. As I'm sure you are aware, UK Sales Law's require you to provide a 12 month warranty on any electrical item. (With nitty gritty regarding who is to prove the unit is faulty) A simple google will find many many many results of consumers having the exact same issue regarding this product. We were also refused any contact information with regards to management, for us to take this further. Between us, we have spent a large amount of money in your Stourport Shop. We've also just telephoned regarding this matter, to which still, no interest. So i post here to make people aware of the complete lack of after sales support from this company. I'd recommend using any other store, as these guys are extremely overpriced, lack any decent knowledge regarding the products they are selling, and are simply not interested with there is an issue with the products they are selling. We'll be in touch with trading standards, and I'll be making a post in the local newspaper regarding your services. I'd like to say I hope to hear from you regarding this matter, but we know what your customer service is like

Rubbish, Rubbish Rubbish - avoid this shop and company at all costs. Poor customer service and after sales care. Tried to put NO stars above but it won't let me, so consider yourselves lucky you've got one star
