When purchasing our new oven, Colin was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was within the 2 hour slot and Paddy +1 installed the oven and fitted a new socket for the appliance quickly and efficiently. We have used The Wash House for years now and have always been satisfied with them.
Knowledgable staff & helpful. Ordered 12.30 pm free delivery by 3pm same day. Have used this company several times in the last 10 years and will be buying again shortly.
Just had a broken handle on our out of Warranty washing machine fixed by a great guy Kyle under the lifetime labour deal. Really works well we just paid £14 for the part and £29 for the callout. We get all our white goods from there as it is such a good service. highly recommended
Matt and Tim were fantastic, they found it was faulty on fitting but undeterred went back to the shop collected another and 20 mins later it was all sorted. Above and beyond with great smiles. Friendly , nothing was too much trouble , once again it confirmed why I always buy from them. Thoroughly recommend , thank you .
Despite being a store for modern appliances this offers good old fashioned service from the minute you walk in right up to delivery and fitting of your appliance. It may not be the cheapest but by far and away the best place we have found for domestic appliances. Well worth six stars IMO.

Matt and Chris were brilliant when installing our integrated fridge freezer which proved to be pretty difficult. But they persevered and did a great job and spent time over it! Highly recommend the wash house in Worcester.
Wow what can we say Absolutely thrilled with the service & advice when myself & partner visited. Chose the oven & delivery date was set . Between 10 & 12,10.30 on the dot the oven was here & to my delight fitted by James & Ken,very pleasant indeed & left @ 11 with a huge smile on my face We are soooooo happy we chose this company. Honestly thank you all so much
I have been a customer for many years, however I have found the service has been really poor recently. I purchased an Ice King fridge before Christmas and the brand label was not attached properly on one side making it look tatty. I called and raised this and they said they would look into getting a replacement label and come back to me. Four weeks on, I've heard nothing. I bought a fridge a couple of weeks ago and got this from Curry's. This will be my go to place for appliances moving forwards.
