My staff were not rude and tried to help you out with your part you had ordered . In fact it sounds like you were very rude to them. I understand you say it was the wrong part ? My parts manager is very concerned as there are two elements that can fit that model ? we  want to help so please ask for me personally if you require any assistance .

Wrong parts ordered by staff. Met with aggression and extremely poor customer service. Will never visit here ever again. Staff are so rude and inexperienced in their sales.

Fantastic company, They were so knowledgeable and there customer service was outstanding. I would never go anywhere else for my white goods after this fantastic experience. After curry's refusing to do my delivery due to the access, i called upon the wash house for help and they were so accommodating and polite! To my surprise the wash house ended up being cheaper as well due to there free installation! Thank you Wash House!

Very helpful in shop, BUT, it took one whole month to install.
Delivery of damaged cooker to them, not their fault, except that it was not checked before delivering to us. Therefore, it had to be returned and reordered. 
Second delivery to us resulted in further delay, for a new wall switch, which was not deemed necessary at the first visit. Now successfully installed, but left with wrong time showing. Instruction book was not very helpful on reprogramming etc., so I phoned the shop again and John WAS very helpful, with clear instructions. Thank you John.
